Oh, and Turtle saying he ‘didn’t know’ if he’d have 50 might hint that two certain senators might be ‘indisposed’ before too much longer. Graham was sweating, stuttering and twitching like a ho in church yesterday in front of a bunch of mics.

I appreciate your comments in this regard.
And ALL your comments.
Sounds as though I’ll be turning cartwheels, then.
Actually, at the time Kallstrom was an FBI Assistant Director and in charge of the NY office. He was very forceful initially, but we all know that the witness statements were dismissed out right. Some eye witnesses reported that FBI agents told the witnesses that what they said they saw was not what they saw.
This was the interjection of the False Narrative the the FBI was tasked to do (My thought)
Investigations are to develop evidence, witness and exhibit testimony. Investigations go wrong when agents in the field are told to prove what the boss thinks happened.
I can not begin to tell you the hours of wasted time I spent over the years because an agent in charge had their mind made up that something went down and certain way. It leads to having evidence dismissed from consideration.
Like I first said, I think Kallstrom has marching orders. If so, every agent that worked on or talked with someone that worked on that case knows something of Kallstrom's history. It will be interesting if he gets the nod.
As much as I’d like to know right now dangit, I appreciate that you’re not leaking. You helped lots of us climb down from the ledge during the recounts etc. with your reassurance based on knowledge and you proved right. I’ll take your estimation on this choice being likely to make us cheer. Thanks.
In the 2016 presidential election, Kallstrom supported Donald Trump and has referred to Hillary Clinton and the Clinton family as being criminal-like.[2][8] He called the Clinton Foundation a "cesspool".[9] Kallstrom has established relationships with Rush Limbaugh and Fox News to further his work to promote the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation (MC-LEF), a charitable organization of which he is the Chairman of the Board.[1][a] On Fox News, Kallstrom accused United States Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, of bias by behaving as if she were part of the Democratic National Committee.[11] Wayne Barrett has written about what he sees as an alliance between Kallstrom, Rudy Giuliani, and pro-Trump supporters in the FBI.[12]
Kallstrom sounds like an ideal pick but how he will ever be confirmed with the kind of Congress we have which has been giving the blind eye to the Dem's horrendous lawbreaking over the past eight years, is truly beyond me.
I completely agree:
1) Why does he need to go to “rallies” when he’s already won the election?? Seems pointless.
2) Additionally, the time he spends at a rally is wasted time he could be spending “draining the swamp!”
3) Too dangerous for Trump.
I say, no more rallies for Trump until 2019.
I agree. He needs to let the democrats regroup before he does any more rallies. Hold off of the battleground states for a few years.
True words well said
I think Kallstrom may have regrets over TWA800. Don’t know but he has been hawkish ever since on tertorism
Don’t forget his wife and son are also moving. He’s had a very busy week and he deserves some family time helping them adjust. He gets more done than three Presidents!
Is OPSEC in your vocabulary?
These are public notices.
Maybe, but the optics are horrible.
Don’t had your opposition ammo. Trump knows this. If he is cancelling, it is for a reason.
One (millionth) for the books.
I think the rallies are very beneficial. The MSM is pretty much forced to run them live on their news channels and so Trump gets a chance to get his unfiltered message out to America during prime time. It's not just about those in the audience but the fact that he holds them in battleground states also shows some political savvy. If he can hold on to the PA, IA, MI, WI, OH region (and FL too), his re-election is assured.
OK, good point. But I’m thinking the people who go to rallies are ALREADY his fans. Isn’t his time too valuable to be spending on campaigning to his fan base? Might seem a bit egotistical at this point.
My preference would be if he would reinstate the “Fireside Chats” that former presidents used to do. That way, he can circumvent the media and go right into the homes of Americans with his message.
I would like to see Trump do that sort of thing. I’m actually surprised he hasn’t given an Oval Office speech yet in prime time. I wonder if the networks would interrupt their regular broadcasting for him if he did so.
