Subjects Burglarize FBI Vehicle in Washington, D.C.; Steal Weapons The FBI’s Washington Field Office is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the recovery of stolen weapons. On Sunday, July 10, 2016, between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m., unknown subjects burglarized an FBI special agent’s vehicle and removed a secured gun lock box which contained weapons and other equipment. The vehicle was parked in the H Street Corridor near H and Seventh Streets, N.E., in Washington, D.C. The lock box, which contained the items listed below, was fitted for authorized use in a government vehicle.

Rock River Arms Rifle, LAR-15, Serial Number CM156996
Motorola radio APX-7000, Serial Number 655CLT044
Holster for Glock-22 handgun
Asp collapsible baton
Oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray
Two boxes of .40 caliber ammunition
Hearing and eye protective gear
TruckVault gun lock box, black
The FBI, in partnership with the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C., is working to locate these weapons and remove them from the possession of the untrained individuals who may have them.
Area law enforcement agencies were quickly notified of the theft and are providing assistance to the FBI as needed. Anyone with information should call the FBI Washington Field Office at 202-278-2000 or visit tips.fbi.gov. Individuals can remain anonymous.

Onteresting. the Rock River Arms Illinois FFL deal traitors were doing business with the FBI.
According to the Motorola website, that particular radio has "Integrated GPS" that provides "accountability and location tracking of an individual or vehicle, which can be sent to a map-based location application." Think about it. LOL
Why was it parked there at midnight?
That stupid sloppy or its was planed that way for a reason...(some one wanted to have a talk with him first to find out what all he had leaked)...
If that's the plan they had.. it was dam high risk with alot of moving parts vs a simple quick shot to the head(Vince Foster)

Or was it just what they say random or impromptu... that does not change if he was the leaker... but would explains the covering up after... as you can not have people looking in to Rich even if he accidentally died because someone might discover he was leaker to Wikileaks

either way somebody in the dnc or podestas is contacted ... just to cover up a possible scandal as Rich is now talking about the leak...and during that early morning crisis some one very high decides it would be “convenient” for all involved that Mr. Rich would “just happen” to die from his wounds ....
it was not a planed hit.. it was impromptu solution to a problem to take benefit of a situation
which makes his murder even more sinister.
As in the Kate Steinle case a fed leaves their weapon in the vehicle and it's stolen.
They actually lost it some other way and that's the story or it was meant to be stolen.
I've been shooting and carrying for decades.
You do not leave your weapon in a vehicle overnight...period...especially DC.
Oddly, the Wash. DC Police Crimes Alert web page stopped its reporting with the last incident on April 7, 2016. No updates after that.
Additionally, The WAcomPost reported the drops happening at 10:30AM. Viewing the Page Info from the FBI site, it says that the page was created at 11:36AM.

The bullet pulled out of Seth Rich’s liver was an FBI bullet.
Fitzy_888 raises a plausible fit of puzzle pieces.
But here a couple of points to keep in mind.
1. This piece is put out by FBI HQ 12 days after the fact.
2. FBI HQ is not to be trusted carte blanche as are the FBI Field Offices because HQ is politicized and filled with JTTF CIA retreads.
3. The timeline is whatever FBI HQ says it is. If they say 12:00 am and 2:00 am, it could likely be any other time between logs of weapons checks. It could be a convenient timeline for cover.
Webb & Goodman look at hospital data of bruises on Seth Rich indicating a struggle. All of the facts thus far point to a planned kidnapping of Seth Rich as he was seen being told to get in a car at Lou’s cafe. And he didn’t want to, so the MO is that he was forced into the car, hence the bruises.
Under the kidnapping scenario, he was to be taken to be interrogated which makes sense if he was a leaker. Let me make clear the difference between ‘leak’ and ‘hack’.
By ‘leak’ is meant recording computer data on a thumbdrive and acting as a Runner to take it to a dropoff point. The entire Runner network is not known to individual Runners in case they get caught. But, each Runner knows the pickup point at the next dropoff point ahead. The Runner network eventually leads to Wikileaks in London. Data are never transmitted because transmissions reveal sources and can be intercepted.
By ‘hack’ is meant an outside electronic break-in of a computer network.
The difference between ‘leak’ and ‘hack’ is important.
If the DNC unauthorized release of emails, or the Podesta/Hillary/Dem Caucus emails were caused by ‘hack’, then it is easier to blame the Russians and Donald Trump collusion.
If the unauthorized emails were caused by ‘leak’, then it must be a burglary or an insider. In either case, it’s very difficult to pin it on Donald Trumpovich.
So the Hillary Camp is all about ‘Hack’, ‘Hack’, and ‘Hack’.
But then there is Seth Rich. Proving Seth Rich is a leaker leads to destroying Hillary’s attack on Comrade Trumpovich.
So Webb & Goodman fit the facts and MO to posit that Seth Rich was kidnapped for interrogation, shoved in a car, struggled, got away, and was shot in the back because he couldn’t be allowed to get away. But the shooter would likely be a JTTF FBI type under McCabe.
Thus, Fitzy_888 adds a puzzle piece. The rogue FBI cop hadn’t planned to put an FBI bullet into Seth Rich but now that he had done so, what is he supposed to do with the gun?
This is more than mere speculation. It’s fact-fitting with MO making a plausible scenario for further investigation.
The problem is who can be called investigate the FBI? The Intel ad Oversight Committees seem impotent especially as the news media is firmly planted in the Hillary Camp.
Nothing like getting this out in a timely manner. Wouldn’t want the case to go cold.
His girlfriend, in the last seconds of their convo, indicated that Seth knew the people he walked up on.
Webb & Goodman report sources saying FBI Car Burglary is a bust; no supporting data for it.

Is there a reason they won’t release the ballistics report?
One of the people telling him to get in the car was quite buff and strong. It could be that one of his DNC coworkers was with the group causing him to be disarmed. But that’s pure speculation.
There’s also some cloud about the ‘girlfriend’.
The facts are that he was picked up, told to get in a car, did not want to, and then later found with bruises indicating a struggle.
There are other facts. The hours of time he is said to have walked around talking for 89 minutes. The likely streets he walked on given that his apartment was only a short walk from Lou’s Cafe.
Webb & Goodman have a blockbuster interview with quality film editing by Jason which is coming up tomorrow. Lots of details to come out.
They are also interviewing Dr. Corsi who is very close to the President.
I think they haven’t figured out yet how to make a narrative that they can control.
Seth Rich was taken to two hospitals. In the first hospital the bullet was removed. He was then taken to the second hospital where he died and his organs harvested. The second hospital did not see the bullet but Webb & Goodman speculate that the doctor on both ends was Dr. Atellovich aka Dr. Save who appears to be a doctor used in DC to do cleanup for CIA hits.
Dr. Sava cut his teeth on organ harvesting in the infamous Yellow House in Kosovo, Albania. His wife is a lobbyist for Uranium One and a big Hillary donor.
