If I had a nickle for all the times I have seen “Cajun” food outside of Louisiana. One menu even offered “Black and Red Fish”, apparently confused about the actual dish known as blackened red fish. Yet you won’t see me complaining about my culture being mis-appropriated.

Suppose there actually was somebody who was so bigoted against Mexicans such that they refused to make a burrito or do anything else that is even vaguely Mexican.
