What are they planning to do with people who already make $15 an hour, working at a job that is worth $15 an hour?

Skilled labor is based on 3-4 times the min. wage. Right now skilled labor is between $22 and $30 an hour. If Min. wage goes to $15, welder, fitters and other skilled labor will be between $50 and $70 an hour.
