A lot of Freepers, like me, are with USAA.

Until now I was happy with them.

I’ve already sent them my opinion. No reply.

All of our insurance and much of our banking is with them. It would be difficult and quite time consuming to move. Have not yet decided what my next step will be.

It partly depends on what USAA does as a result of the pressure they are now under. They have deeply offended me and much of their customer base, so perhaps they will wise up.

Perhaps you could consider moving a portion of your investments/funds, etc. Those are fairly transportable and easier than moving bank accounts due to all that is linked to checking, etc.

Would send a message, and you could hint that banking functions are next if they don’t stop kowtowing to liberal fascists...

Over 30 years as a USAA member. I logged on to their website as a customer and sent them a grievance email. Their reply (most likely a Bot) was to double-down on their business stupidity and claim that "they did not buckle to left-wing pressure, but were only enforcing a pre-existing prohibition on advertising on opinion shows".

(This doesn't explain their willingness to advertise on MSNBC/CBC/ABC/CNN, unless it depends on what "opinions".)

I replied to their response that they were stupid and I would not allow their stupidity to negatively impact my bottom line. I've put in sell orders for all of my mutual fund holdings and will be moving my savings, checking, and insurance business next week after the holiday.
