There Remains No Evidence Of Trump-Russia Collusion

Where is the evidence of President Trump's collusion with Russia?

The Wall Street Journal – no particular fan of Trump – characterizes the DOJ charge to Special Counsel, Robert Mueller, as fatally open-ended, vague, and flawed. His instruction lists no federal statutes and invites a fishing expedition into trivial matters. Journalists covering the story appear to disagree on what Mueller is supposed to do: Is he to “oversee the investigation into ties between President Trump’s campaign and Russian officials” or “investigate possible coordination between President Trump’s associates and Russian officials?”

The political feeding frenzy has, to date, brought forth the following facts of Russiagate: Persons associated with the Trump campaign had contacts with Russians, some unsavory. Trump businesses, like other luxury property developers, had dealings with wealthy Russian buyers. Trump did not condemn Putin during the campaign and expressed a hope (shared by many across the political spectrum) of improved relations.

These facts shed little light, if any, on collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian state to throw the election to Trump, as is evidenced by the deafening silence of anti-Trumpists. As Jim Geraghty writes in National Review....

And EVEN IF there was collusion, what is the crime?

...Well, during a pretty wild little segment on CNN, famed lawyer Alan Dershowitz let it be known that he doesn’t think Mueller has any jurisdiction when it comes to investigating potential collusion between Trump and the Russians over election interference. Why? Because Dershowitz doesn’t think that is a criminal act.

“Let’s assume that’s true,” he exclaimed. “Show me the criminal statute. I still sit here as a civil libertarian. I don’t want us ever to become what Stalinist Russia became when Stalin was saying, show me the man I’ll find you the crime. What is the crime?!”

Correct.

But in LibWorld, ther eMUST be evidence, and it’s unfair if there isn’t.

Remember, to “progressives”,

1. Truth is whatever serves The Party.
2. If you repeat something often enough, it becomes true; and
3. If the facts contradict the narrative, the facts LIE.

Once again the left’s overreach will be their undoing.

The days of “it isn’t the accuracy of the charge, just the magnitude” will end under Trump.

Takes awhile to fabricate really good fake evidence.

Someone needs to ask him exactly what is his mandate and what exactly is he looking for. This open ended nonsense is pure BS.

yeah, but fake evidence of what?

If any crime was committed, wouldn’t it have been committed by Obama using tax payer dollars to influence an Israeli election?

I’m getting pretty damned sick of this double standard BS.

What do we even have a special persecutor for?

Mueller should resign, and so should the man who appointed him, and so should the rest of our retard government, except for Trump.

It looks like the DOJ is all screwed up. Sessions looks very weak and never should have allowed a Special Counsel unless a criminal charge was leveled. There is no evidence of any criminal charge. This can be reversed and must be.

No evidence? But what about all those allegations? Surely that is the most important evidence of all! Where there is smoke there id fire! even if it is water vapor from an electronic cigarette.

Liberals believe and philosophical liberals will validate- that a thing is true because a liberal says and for no other necessary reason.

It’s not the evidence, rather the seriousness of the charge.

If there was any collusion between a Democrat and the Soviets/Russians, it was Ted Kennedy’s documented effort to subvert Pres. Reagan’s military buildup to challenge the Soviet regime’s expansionist policies (i.e. Afghanistan, Latin America, Syria, Nicaragua (National Conference on Nicaragua, a CPUSA/KGB front affair - See: The Revolution Lobby”, Allan Brownfeld and J. Michael Waller, Counsel for Inter-American Security and Inter-American Educational Institute, DC,etc).

This calls for a Special Prosecutor and grand jury action for TREASON.

Also, the Clintons’ ties to Organized Crime and the money they got from it, as well as money the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee got in the mid-1990’s.

Other Democrats were on a list the FBI supplied to Congress about politicians the KGB was interested in. Ted Kennedy was on that list.

See. www.keywiki.org, search “Ted Kennedy” or “Edward Kennedy” to read the document.

Other Democrats with ties to Soviets/KGB, Castro Cuban, Venezuelan Marxists, in just the past 37 years include:
*Rep. Ronald Dellums (Cuba, Grenada, others)
* Now Rep. Barbara Lee (Cuba, Grenada, others)
*Rep. Judy Chu (Red China asset - Communist Workers Party)
* Rep. Keith Ellison ( Nation of Islam, which had ties to Qaddafi’s Libya; possibly Cuba; Moslem Brotherhood, etc)
* Californian and New Mexico Hispanic congresspeople who had/have ties to La Raza, which had ties to Cuban DGI operations and possibly to DGI-aided Puerto Rican Marxist parties, i.e. the PRSP and its front, the Puerto Rican Solidarity Committee
*Congressmen and women who supported the CPUSA’s fronts on Chile including the Legislative Committee on Chile including Kennedy, Harkin, etc. and the pro-Sandinista fronts of the CPUSA’s “National Conference on Nicaragua”, 1979 - Kennedy, Dellums, Fauntroy, Harkin and Mark Hatfield (R-Ore). Hatfield was on the FBI’s “KGB interest” list as was Kennedy, among others. Add into this John Kerry and Chris Dodd as Sandinista supporters who tried everything in the book to keep the Marxist Sandinistas in power and to defeat the freedom fighters.

Many of the above supported the CPUSA and Communist Party of El Salvador support front for the Marxist “FMLN” “CISPES (Committee in Solidarity with the People of El Salvador”, based on the old Made-In-Hanoi “Medical Aid to Indochina” and then the “Medical Aid to El Salvador”.

Rep. George Crockett (D-Mich) and Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich). Crockett was a covert member of the CPUSA and Conyers had such decades long ties to their members and fronts that he was probably a covert member. He was definitely their top Representative in Congress after Bella Abzug (suspected KGB asset) and Ron Dellums (there wasn’t a communist/Marxist group he didn’t support except the Maoists).

If Congress wants to investigate “influence” connections, they will have to investigate at least 60-80 present and past members of the Democrat Party, including most of the Congressional Black Caucus and the Congressional Progressive Caucus, known to patriotic informed Americans as the “Communist Caucuses”.

Let the investigations begin. It will take 5 years to dig into all the subversion and treason that key leaders of the Democrat Party and embedded Marxists/communists have committed.

A lot of these people are exposed in the book “The Enemies Within: Communists, Socialists and Progressive in the U.S. Congress”, 2013-2015 edition, Trevor Loudon, www.PacificFreedomFoundation.org.

And this is only partial listing of “The Enemies Within”.

Or more like the stridency of the charge. Sometimes the charge itself over which we are supposed to get all worked up is a nothing. It’s like making a whole campaign against someone because he wore the wrong color tie to a press conference. The Left can use up all the air with such a charge and in truth it works to some extent. People get a vague felling that there is something wrong because of all the yelling even they know the charge is obvious nonsense. They get a feeling that maybe it is sense but they just don’t quite grasp it.

Merely talking to Russians about the election is not a crime. There would have to be a conspiracy involving an illegal act, such as bugging. Show us the evidence of such a conspiracy that would warrant an investigation.

“The “collusion” the democrats are trying to investigate is a term used in antitrust cases and isn’t related to elections so there really isn’t anything to investigate. Working with a foreign national (even though it didn’t happen in Trump’s case) isn’t anymore illegal than getting tons of money from unions to represent their special interests. No law was broken and the democrats know it. Too bad the republicans have been so slow to catch on.”

i said it before, Sessions was an awful choice. He got cowed by the media, and recused himself, basically tying his hands about anything Russia, hence the special counsel. Hhe couild have ended this idiotic story on day 1, now they are running wild with it. Why he does’nt reopen the clinton server case and charge that bitch is beyond me....he too old and from a different time...this is a political death match, they are out for Trumps blood, and he threw the power of the A.G’s office right out the window....over an Al Franken question no less....just dumb.
