It would be grand to do it anyway, tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of AZ signatures to eventually had it too him to show him he is a Minister without Portfolio. He would not accept such a petition, and would not care a lick if one was circulated. He just won with a huge margin, was not threatened in the primary and has 6 years left. The only thing that will get rid of him is indictment or death.
