Let me see how long it might take me to find one...
When I drove up the coast, I went inland for awhile on 101, then took the road through Fort Hunter Ligget to highway 1. It was a hairy drive, I was alone. Lots of switchbavks, flimsy guardrails, etc. But the view when I spoiled first the water, then the coastal highway, is one I will never forget. I think that road is a bit to the north of where the landslide is.

Photograph nbr 200806523 and 200806524 shows this part of the road BEFORE the slope collapsed.
