The Chinese place down the street from me is family owned and staffed, all Chinese. Their menu used to be fun to read. Mushrooms were referred to as “Fungus.” On their outdoor sign it brags “We delivery!” They have Red Sauce, Brown Sauce and Mambo Sauce.

But they’re good people and a couple of the daughters are cute.

Sounds like good stuff.

Besides, who could pass up “We delivery!”?

I know a person who owns a Mongolian BBQ - it is awesome stuff.

But it ain’t cheap so I am unable to go there as much as I did 15 years ago.

My wife is Chinese, so we have lots of Chinese things around the kitchen.

One brand of spice sauce appeared in English on the label as "Golden Smell."
