The Internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom claimed on Tuesday that he has firsthand knowledge that murdered Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich was involved in the leak of emails.
Dotcom, whose birth name is Kim Schmitz, posted a statement to his website claiming, “I know that Setch [sic] Rich was involved in the DNC leak.” He went on to write that in 2014, a person using the pseudonym “Panda” contacted him about starting a U.S. branch of the Internet Party. “I now know that Panda was Seth Rich,” Dotcom wrote.
Rich’s family has maintained that there is no proof connecting his death to the DNC leak. “The Rich family is tired of having to respond to accusations,” Brad Bauman, a family spokesman, said in a statement. “The burden of proof is on Mr. Dotcom to either prove he has evidence or face the consequences of damaging Seth’s good name and creating more emotional hardship on a grieving family. The family is not going to entertain his ridiculous, manipulative and completely non-credible statements.”
On Tuesday, Dotcom said that “Panda” told him he was working on voter analytics tools, which Rich is known to have done for the DNC, and that they discussed “topics including corruption and the influence of corporate money in politics.”
Dotcom said he has been in touch with Rich’s family and that he has consulted with his lawyers. “I accept that my full statement should be provided to the authorities and I am prepared to do that so that there can be a full investigation.” He said he is willing to provide evidence to the U.S. if Robert Mueller, the special counsel overseeing the FBI’s investigation into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election, grants him safe passage to and from New Zealand.

One thing the Internet Party, Kim Dotcom, Seth Rich, Bernie Sanders and their associates had in common was their unequivocal opposition to the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement which would have repeated the mistakes of NAFTA, weakened our national sovereignty and taken over about 40% of the world's economy.

I am no Bernie Sanders fan, but I think he was right about TPP.
This was unlike Hillary Clinton who referred to TPP as "the gold standard of trade agreements" before suddenly appearing to do a 180 when she realized how badly it was playing in Peoria. However, not many bought the flip-flop.

Consider, firing a shot to the back of the chest and level to the horizon would risk the bullet over penetrating and striking something down range bringing additional unwanted attention. Did the shooter attempt to fire in such a way as to ensure any overpenetrating bullets would strike the pavement nearby?
The only pluse in John Podesta’s column is that he hates David Brock.

I wish somebody would let the Rich family know these are not “accusations”. They are praises. A man who lives up to his self-proclaimed patriotism and belief in the democratic system is someone to be praised. Why do they think it an accusation if somebody says he actually walked the talk and exposed corruption, rather than being some mealy-mouthed patriot who only does lip service to the democratic process?
They are trying to make him out to be LESS of a man than he actually was. How is that love?
I read he was shot in the back twice. If so, that don’t sound like a robbery to me. People hold up their hands and walk backwards when someone holds a gun to them. If he was shot in the back twice by someone who just walked up behind him, then that is definitely because someone who was out to kill him. It could have been Arkancide, it could have been someone who just hates white people. If someone didn’t just walk up to him and shoot him maybe he was pushed or tripped or fought the robber and fell on his stomach and then he was shot or he could have fought the robber and tried to run away while the robber was down.
OAN Broadcasting just ran a story on Seth Rich, just as an anon poster claiming to work at OAN, said they would, the day before, on the Seth Rich thread at 4chan. VERY INTERESTING turn of events.
The OAN story went down the laundry list of coincidences- re: missing CCTV video from a convenience store that allegedly had video of Seth with two individuals, the missing police body cams, the ER Dr’s ties to people within the DNC, Donna Brazile’s involvement, and much more, however- I just caught the tail end of the segment. I’m sure they will run it multiple times throughout the day.

Between 4chan, 8chan, reddit The Donald, Kim Dotcom, and others- someone is going to bust this wide open.
