A hot microphone caught the wife of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu bashing the media while welcoming President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump to Israel.
“I talk every place about how great she is and how great you are,” Sara Netanyahu said to the president. “I can testify to that,” the Israeli prime minister jumped in.
“Because the majority of the people in Israel, unlike the media, they love us so we tell them how you are great so they love you,” Sara continued.
As she was speaking, President Trump leaned over to his Israeli counterpart and said, “We have very much in common,” to which Benjamin Netanyahu replied: “Sounds familiar.”
“We’ll talk about it over dinner,” Sara added.
