Perfect sense. They turn the lights on at the end of the concert...the would maximze terror for survivors or wounded.
NHS sources tell @thesun that the explosion at #ManchesterArena was a nail bomb attack.

Well they have video from inside and you can’t see anything. I guess we will all eventually find out.
