Police warn people to stay away from the Manchester Arena area following reports of an explosion.
Here's what we know:

:: The arena was hosting an Ariana Grande concert and the "loud bangs" were heard just after the concert ended

Video shows 6 ambulances supposedly heading to venue.
If it happened right after the concert the foyer area would have been packed....

The balloons are typical small balloons ... there are lots of videos on Twitter showing this. You wouldn’t hear one of those balloons popping in a crowd like a concert crowd.
I’ll bet a koranimal drove a car into the crowds leaving.

TMZ is saying that the explosions happened in the area where they sell merchandise so basically anyone can be there no security

Sky News is now saying a “ticket area”...
Some people in that area said they were blown up in the air. (how much?)
They said there were dead people present at that location.
There are reports there may have been more than one explosion, here and at other location(s).
Bomb disposal units on site ... they must have been using hydrogen gas in those balloons.
This however, is not moving Chuck Schumer to tears.
