Having taken several "Diversity Training" courses over the years, I have found that it is less than worthless. I think it is nothing more than communist propaganda. What a waste of time and money!
There are other useless training courses that reduce the productivity of organizations while accomplishing nothing else except enrich the training companies, and empower the otherwise useless and highly unproductive social justice managers and decision makers.
Of course if you complain or point this out, you will be called a racist and forced to attend diversity training.
It is probably a plot to get rid of effective, productive, competent, accomplished, and caring professors who believe in God, common sense, and science.
See # 42; it is a legal strategy for a company to protect itself, nothing more.
Like holding fire drills so they don’t get sued if people die in a fire; if they never held them, they’ll be sued out of existence. Hold the drills, and company assets are much safer.
Nobody attends diversity training and comes out better informed; they just had an easier workday.
