I would bet money that none of these were lapses. My guess is that when laundered chinese money was deposited at the Clinton foundation that a desired bit of classified info then appeared on one or more of the Clinton devices.
Everything they ever did had a money angle to it.
She also “lost” or “smashed with a hammer” an abnormally large number of personal devices. The only evidence of that is that she said so.
