Further, I believe it was a crutch for reverse racism more often than not.
It was alcohol an “excuse generating machine”, that almost always displaced responsibility.
Those who ran it should hang their heads in shame.
Think how much more Black community progress could have been realized over the last thirty years, if personal responsibility had been preached, and complete absolution had not been given for contemptible behaviors.
