I am constantly amazed by then number of posters who enthusiastically support dismembering our nation. California, for all its current flaws, is an intregral part of our nation. Great nations do not prosper by shedding territory.

Ironically, they are doing this on a site hosted in Fresno, California.

Instead of surrendering and retreating, conservatives should redouble their efforts and work person by person to challenge the California elites on their home turf. Expose each failure of the Democrat party and like water on stone, erode their hold on the state. It is a project of decades, but we can reclaim California.

Sorry to be pessimistic but CA is a lost cause and as a state they very clearly believe that they would be better off on their own. Not all of CA’s citizens believe this, though but a significant number.

Maybe it is best to move this site to Texas?

I hope you're right. But California's demographics have been so damaged by 30+ years of reckless immigration policy that there aren't enough people who cherish what California used to be, or aren't willing to make the sacrifices necessary to suceed.

Of course a large part of our disaster is thanks to that amnesty loving dimwit Dubya and his leftwing No Borders Democrat comrades. The only thing wrong with the country is that they haven’t completely replaced the old native American stock with foreign imports.

Keep importing hordes of the 3rd world legally as well as illegally and your states will be the next Californias.
