“If they ever get a Bill of Impeachment in front of this Senate, he’s gone.”

Impeachment is a political slap on the wrist and does not mean Removal. Only the Senate can do that.

Dickless Chuck wants a “special prosecutor” is like the GOPe voting to repeal Obamacare under Pelosi. Hollering and crying while knowing full well it won’t happen. Go cry for the cameras again, Chuckie.

Why not investigate Schumer and the Democrat Party. There are plenty of crimes.

Yes, that was my point.

Trump has much more support in the House than he does in the Senate.

IF the House returns a Bill of Impeachment (which right now would be very difficult to accomplish), I believe there are 70 votes, easily, in the Senate for removal.

If the Dems don’t show for the vote, 25 repubs could break ranks and he’d still get approved 27-25

There's an easy solution to this problem.

Trump decides who he wants as "permanent" (for 10 years) director of the FBI and then selects that person to be interim director.

If the Senate drags its feet after this person's appointment has been submitted for confirmation as "permanent" director, the interim director simply serves in place until McConnell and Grassley can get the votes to get him/her out of committee and to confirm.

The FBI nominee needs only majority approval. So every Democrat can take the confirmation day off.

Once again, poor lil’ Chuck U. Schumer, whining and moaning, because he is no longer a favorite of “The Donald”.

“How can you appoint a special *prosecutor* when there is no allegation of any crime?”

That’s what I keep asking.

You really think the dems would hesitate to use the nuke option if they ever had even a slight majority? The only reason they didn’t was that they never faced any real opposition from the republicans.

Schumer is a complete asswipe. If the dims don’t vote, it will make confirmation a breeze. Maybe the dims could be persuaded to not vote on anything in congress at all. Maybe they could be persuaded to skip the 018 election altogether.

One can only hope.

Easy answer. Recess the senate for the weekend and let President Trump appoint the most objectionable (to liberals) recess appointments for all open slots that are waiting on a Senate vote. Stuff like Sheriff Clarke for FBI director :)

Then inform Chuckie the clown (I mean Schumer, not upchuck) that he can wait as long as he wants before having the vote.

I don’t know the total number of Dem votes but McLinda adds two more.
