President Trump is not hard to figure. He is a big picture guy and making changes to get there can a bit chaotic.
What he expects are whether you are helping him get where he wants or are you a road block. Are you good at your job or do we need to find someone else.
If someone is not doing a good job I would hope as I am sure he would is move them to something they are better suited for.
