I was being a little sarcastic but then again, maybe not.
Obama jumped all over Arizona for Arizona enforcing immigration law and when Trump, as the Executive, tried to do it he was shot down by judges.

President Trump should tell the EPA, No More Waivers. That puts CARB(California Air Resources Board) OUT of Business and 90% of ALL Regulations in California alone.
