Well I can relate.Although last night I got out popcorn and enjoyed watching the meltdown....enough was enough...so tuned it all out today.

Going to the beach may be as good or better than going to the doctor. (except for necessary medications) I worked in the yard today and did a weight workout as well as 1.5 miles on the treadmill. That always does wonders for how I feel in so many ways.

We have just returned from the beach. It was lovely. Low tide allowed me to go out into what is usually the deeper water, so my shell hunting was delightful! Several were still attached to their mates and in the larger sizes! Beautiful yellows and lavenders, even two blue tones.
Louie and I are both full of sand, but he is already sound asleep. Too bad for him, I’m going to have to wake him for a bath!
