Classified government computer systems have an audit trail that records all transactions and who does what when.

I'll second this based on my experience. I once ran a military classified computer network so I would know. Common users like Comey or Hillary likely would not know about that there are audit programs that record their actions. Trump's team got their hands on this data then they have them in a bag. Lock them up.
