It's an ABOVE GROUND "tunnel". The above-ground portion rises about 15 feet above ground; don't know how deep it is below ground.

Here's a pic of the collapsed area.

Wow, a picture is worth a thousand words; particularly words coming from today’s “journalists” who wouldn’t know clear writing if they saw it.
