This is a BIG problem
Um...no...highly unlikely anyway...PART of the tunnel experienced some form of collapse of the roof as evidenced by a depression in the earth covering it. Won’t know the mechanism of the roof failure until it is examined closely by structural engineers. It appears as though the contents of the tunnel are still completely contained, and no threat to the public.
