C’mon, who out there has not watched the movie “Tombstone” countless times...

Well, I've never seen it... Is it any good?

"C’mon, who out there has not watched the movie “Tombstone” countless times... Well, I've never seen it... Is it any good?" It's my all time favorite western; She Wore a Yellow Ribbon is my number two. Anyway, back to Tombstone; the production crew put in a lot of effort to make the movie period correct and did a good job. And the acting is superb; Val Killmer as Doc Holliday and Micheal Biehn as Johnny Ringo are my favorites. However, Kurt Russell as Wyatt Earp and Powers Boothe as Curly Bill were excellent too. Actually, the entire cast did a good job. Check it out, I think you'll enjoy it. Play Toby Keith's Should'a Been a Cowboy to set the mood, lol 😊

Tombstone?

Since 1980....along with The Unforgiven the best theatrical westerns.

“Your a Daisy if you do” watch them.

“Well Bye”

Which one?

There are about a dozen Tombstones going back to the silent movies and they are ALL good.

Kaslin, thanks for posting the article. Great piece and I have often wondered the same when I look around me.

I am old school ranch born and been around cows and steers all my life but when I look around all I see are, well, girlie men with clean finger nails and polished teeth.

Never been to work earlier than 8am or been out of bed earlier than that.

Closest they have been to outdoors is to mow their yard or maybe hike a trail in a park.

But ask the 30+ male what the best airplane game is for their smart phone and they can tell you

It is NO wonder the female does not pretty themselves up and try to make themselves attractive as they can be anymore. Look what they have to catch them if they fall.

Anyway, great article, thanks

I like the movie. Many people love the quote “I’ll be your huckleberry”...:)

***Is it any good? ***
Yes. More realistic than the others.

You will NEVER look at GUNFIGHT AT THE OK CORRAL, HOUR OF THE GUN, DOC, or MY DARLING CLEMENTINE in the same light again.
Don’t know about WYATT EARP with Kevin Costner as I have never seen it. After seeing TOMBSTONE I don’t need to.

Yes. The one with Kurt Russel as Wyatt Earp and Val Kilmer as Doc Holliday...a classic- at least in our house.
