Here’s the rumored, unconfirmed demands Kim wants.....but of course there’s a lot of propganda on both sides flowing....still interesting just the same....but I doubt if they’re going to negotiate at all on his disarming his Nuclear Progras....even if he says he will he has never stopped thus far.....
The four terms Kim Un wants:
.... unconditional financial aid of $600 billion a year for the next 10 years ...(jointly raised by China, South Korea, the United States, Japan and Russia)
.... lifting ‘all’ U.N. and international sanctions on N.Korea
.... settlement of the Washington-Pyongyang peace treaty
.... promise the safety of the Kim Jong-un regime.

I heard that, too, but it was phrased in a different way. The version I heard is that China proposed this offer to Kim Jong-un in return for giving up his nukes and missiles. It also said that the denuclearization will be done in three years.
