Have cancelled plans to go to France next year. It will be too risky for Americans.
I met a woman this last fall who had been living and working in Paris and had moved back to the US just a few days before. I asked her if things had become dangerous there and she said that was the reason she had left. Just too unsafe.
Heck I saw yesterday that travel to mainland Europe is risky. American citizens have to be vilgant.
