That’s very interesting! I’ve never read that before. I have read that Poppy Bush had left Dallas and was in Tyler when Kennedy was shot. I lived in Tyler, just 92 miles down I20 from Dallas. I’ve read he made a phone call to (Dallas FBI? not sure)from Tyler right after the murder, and also that Barbara was in a Tyler beauty shop inexplicably writing a letter to “dear family” about Kennedy being shot, what a shock, etc. I think that was in the Jeb/Bushes expose book 2 years ago I can’t recall the title of. Also how Poppy was good friends with John Hinkley’s parents - pretty strong stuff. TPTB had Poppy in place if Reagan had died from that assassination attempt. Thank God Reagan lived.
Poppy is pure evil, and I’ve known that for decades. So was LBJ and ALL Texans knew that from the 1930s. Some didn’t care, but believe me, they knew. I heard a lot in 1964 when I worked for Goldwater all year, most that didn’t start to come out in books for decades. Yes, the evil we’ve seen is staggering. It turned me cynical at a very young age. I thought maybe it was finally over while Reagan was president, but it was just an 8 year intermission.

Nixon was flying out of Dallas as JFK was arriving. Nixon was in town the night before when last minute plans were made and to get buy in from LBJ, Hoover, Nixon and the low level type like Daddy Bush.
Nixon was At Murchison to get briefed on the hit, LBJ and Hoover were there to set up final plans and how they were going to handle it, Daddy Bush was a low level type who probably supervised the killers.
This show gives reasons why LBJ and Hoover was the power behind the assassination. LBJ for the political power, Hoover for the expertise in forging evidence. ALL of the Dallas evidence was taken by the FBI, Hoover spoon fed the Warren Commission. Gerald Ford was important as he was one of the white rats who kept Hoover informed on what he needed to do to get the lone gunman, 3 shot scenario accepted.
This show was part of episode 7, 8 and 9 to the Men Who Killed Kennedy (40th anniversary, 2003). Since LBJ and Hoover was shown to be the men behind the assassination, these episodes were removed and banned forever. An unnamed party bought the rights to these shows and they will never again be on the History Channel.
