Universal health care becomes a real possibility in the Golden State

I think that is a wonderful idea that we should all get behind. Let's write to the governor and give him our unqualified support.

Then we should take some of the burden of the uninsured, and give them one way bus tickets to California when they become seriously ill.

The whole thing is...how did it ever get to the Federal Level?

Just like every day education....

These were always local matters.

“Health care is a basic human right.”

Really? Then why do I have to pay for someone else’s premium?

Where’s my Human Right to refuse a product?

Lies and propaganda

No more than 12.7 million Americans have ever been covered by Obscure and the number of enrollees is plummeting due high deductibles, crappy coverage and exorbitant monthly premiums

No way have 21 million people ever been in the system to lose coverage

This 21 million losing insurance is another made up for propaganda number like the “11 million illegal aliens” low ball propaganda number

21 million newly covered Americans may lose their health coverage.

20 Million is 5% of the population which means Trumpcare covers 95% of the population. Any economist will tell you that 80% of the cost of any program is covering the final 5%. And how many of those 20 million are citizens?

Those funny little Californians spending money like a meth head with dad’s platinum card.

Only one little problem with spending...

This just might work... universal healthcare and all doctors and medical personnel working at $15.00 per hour... I can see it, actually... Just... wouldn’t want to live there...

I think it would make all this easier if CA reinstated the state mental hospital system.

This is actually probably an excellent outcome. It will accelerate California’s fiscal destruction and hopefully provide it as an example before the country in general goes down.

Universal health care becomes a real possibility in the Golden State

In other news: Bankruptcy becomes a real possibility in the Golden State.

Perhaps the bankruptcy judge can break up the State, and have the various parts taken over by Oregon, Nevada and Arizona. Maybe even part of it to Hawaii.

One restriction would have to be that former California residents would not be able to vote for the rest of their lives. Seems fair enough.

And that threat has lit a fire under California, which is racing to send Congress a message: Health care is a basic human right

Wrongo! You don't have a freaking right to make ME pay for YOUR lack of preparation/planning, CA.

The effort is likely to fail, because the party is so divided.

File that with "Trump will never get elected".
