FBI Director James Comey testified Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee that Hillary Clinton emails containing classified information were forwarded to the computer of Anthony Weiner,I'm sorry Mr. Comey, but this is a crime, when are you going to send this evidence to DOJ for prosecution?

Wouldn’t you think that Republican Senators would bore-in on the claim that classified e-mails were sent. Honest-to-God, I don’t know which outfit is more inept, the FBI or the Republicans in the Senate.

I'm sorry Mr. Comey, but this is a crime, when are you going to send this evidence to DOJ for prosecution? Linda Graham pressed very hard on this issue, Comey said there was no Anthony Wiener statute.

Do you suppose they need to have proof that someone (human) did the forwarding, so when they charge them their lawyer doesn’t just claim the computer was hacked and this was done by malware without anyone knowing it?
I know there’s a bloodlust with regard to Comey, but maybe he knows a thing or two that isn’t know to the general public?
