President Trump Invites President Rodrigo Duterte To White House…
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | April 30, 2017 | Sundance

{{snickering}} Well, who didn’t see this coming?…

(New York Post) President Trump spoke by phone Saturday with Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte — praising the strongman for “fighting very hard to rid his country of drugs” and inviting him to Washington.

The two leaders also discussed regional security, including concerns over South Korea, the White House said in a statement.

No details were given on when Duterte would visit the US, but Trump also said he looked forward to visiting the Philippines in November for a summit with other Asian nations. (link)

As we shared five days ago – this is all part of a much, much bigger strategy. Full explainer about how President Duterte fits in AVAILABLE HERE. The insufferable media can’t even see it…. their intellectual dishonesty is becoming very annoying.

Make sure you read all the links to previous articles via CTH. It's important so you can see the strategy, alignment and how Trump has a foreign policy the likes of which we haven't seen a long time. Very interesting how T-Rex, Ross and Mnuchin are all aligned as well.

If you notice, Trump no longer calls China a currency manipulator (since he has them agreeing with him) and agrees with Duterte (since they will not question China on the artificial islands, etc.).

It is fun to watch the media get all crazy about unimportant issues, only to be blindsided by a fast moving foreign policy “Trump Train”.

I had a lot doubts about Trump, and he certainly isn’t perfect, but he is amazing.

Why would they be concerned over South Korea? It’s North Korea that’s the problem.

I never ran across a Filipino who spoke Spanish. I did see some old monuments in Butuan which were written in Spanish.

I had to tell my soon to be Pinay wife, (now EX,) what they said. She had a little Spanish blood from both sides of her family, or so the family stories went. I suspect that's similar to people here claiming American Indian blood, just to be cooler.

I think the concern is what will South Korea do if attacked by NK. Pacific Rim would need to support SK.

The Philippines is a major intersection of a number of policy issues right now. Its not just Chinese foreign policy or the issues on the Korean peninsula and the drug problem has little or nothing to do with “The Drug War”.

We forget that Philippine muslims have been waging a terrorist war in the Philippiines for a long time supposedly killing 120,000 and causing billions in economic loss.

While its quite possible that Chinese government and/or underworld efforts are presently involved in meth production, Abu Sayyef in the Philippines has been using shabu(meth) as both a means to fund their operation and as the Pacific theater replacement for captagon as used by ISIS to recruit new members and boost morale before combat.

By meeting with Duterte Trump doesnt just provide a better possible outcome in the Korean situation. Trump also is able to tilt Duterte from recent Chinese leanings back to our side, he creates better economic stability for the Philippines and the region (remember the piracy issue?), and helps to stop terrorism/Islams spread and gain intel backdooring the conflicts in the Middle East via stopping drugs.

Perhaps hit squads are necessary. In America we have not prevailed.

A hit squad dedicated to eradication might not be a bad idea.

A series of surgical drone attacks in Mexico might not be a bad thing either.

It’s kill or be killed

>>What do you do when the Chinese military has off sides meth labs manufacturing it in large amounts.<<

Well, for starters, fight the drug war by sealing the damn border. The war on drugs is a joke.

Pouring billions into foreign countries like Columbia to shutdown the cocaine trade did little to stop the flow into America. What it did? Made millionaires of those corrupt government officials down south.

You cannot claim to be serious about the war on drugs and leave the borders wide open for decades. So, in my opinion, this was not a serious effort to begin with.

In my lil ol pinion, we should have had U.S. troops controlling the borders and inside Messy-co a few miles. Then bring down the corrupt government of Messy-co once and for all.

We send troops thousands of miles around the world to a country of cave dwellers in Afghanistan and attempt to setup a friendly government when we should have done this a few hundred miles south of the border. If the U.S. was truly serious about stopping the flow of drugs...it would have been done.

Instead, we have folks talking about hit squads inside America. Good heavens...think about what you're saying.

You think our government is out of control now?
