Ending H-1B will alleviate a lot of the problem. The problem is unmitigated globalism and immigration which dilutes every Americans earning potential.
Too many women's jobs are "make work" jobs which actually hinder productivity and increase costs. Most of HR and diversity coordinators for example; not to mention all the costs of compliance, maternity leave, extra sick leave, "mentoring," sexual harassment lawsuits, and endless political games where the women try to score points against one another rather than actually producing.
