House inte panel targets Susan Rice in political spying operation (Dems hunted in Obama spy-op?)

DOJ 2008 rules limit supplying politically sensitive information to the White House, a review of guidelines for domestic FBI intel investigations has found. The central focus of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence probe into putative Russian election meddling as a cover to disseminate unauthorized disclosures of sensitive US intel communications intercepts.

The prohibitions may explain why the FBI still has not responded to a House request for documents about how the White House was able to “unmask” the names of Americans incidentally spied on during an apparently contrived Obama admin "foreign electronic intelligence operation" timed to run during the Trump transition team commenced its operations.

The House committee investigation centers on Susan E. Rice, then-Pres Obama’s national security adviser, and her involvement in clandestine political spying operations using foreign surveillance as her cover. She is the committee's central witness to explain the unmasking and wide dissemination of what committee chair, Rep. Devin Nunes, has called "improper electronic surveillance of Trump transition team officials." (EMPHASIS ADDED)

From article

Mr. Nunes has said dozens of electronic intelligence reports appear to have revealed that information on Americans was improperly and widely disseminated throughout government during the presidential transition.
The attorney general guidelines for the FBI state that “compromising information concerning domestic officials or political organizations, or information concerning activities of United States persons intended to affect the political process in the United States, may be disseminated to the White House only with the approval of the attorney general.”

These words ring as hollow as Rice’s statement on 5 Sunday national tv shows that Benghazi assault on our diplomatic mission and CIA annex was the result of an obscure youtube video...

> Significantly, Hillary is also not the president.

Even more significantly, that doesn’t seem to matter with respect to her immunity from the Rule of Law.

I like to think about her bitter feelings about being denied the presidency........something she’s wanted and worked for her entire life.

She stood by philanderer Bill all those years b/c he was her ticket to the predidency....so she thought.

Reality check: Hillary Clinton still has clearance to access the national security secrets of the United States of America - as do her many assistants.

This is much more relevant than any imagined grief that she probably isn’t experiencing at all, as she lacks so many of the qualities that make a person a human being.

The democrats won. They convinced everyone the Russians did it. None of this Rice thing will ever reach the people.

Nothing will come of it, and the NSA will continue to gather all American citizens phone calls, texts, emails and let the politicians use the raw data to destroy their enemies.

Overturn the Patriot act, bad, bad name for it, and let us take our chances with the jihadi's they couldn't be much worse than the governing parties.

The Bible code says, "Bush hurts Constitution" that was found after he passed and signed the Patriot Act, traitor. Kaslin, hear that, Bush hurt our Constitution. (Kaslin, does not like any bad thing said about Bush).

“Democrats Schiff and Feinstein were reportedly shocked at the spying revelations Trump personally unveiled to them.....probably b/c they were shown proof Obama spied on Democrats.”

Report: Brennan drafted apology to senators for CIA hacking
08/12/15

Last July, CIA Director John Brennan nearly apologized to Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and ranking member Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga.) in a letter for the CIA’s hacking into the computer network of committee staffers, according to a new report from VICE News.

VICE News, which had filed a joint Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the CIA with Ryan Shapiro, an MIT researcher, obtained more than 300 pages of documents related to its pursuit of materials related to charges that the agency had spied on the Intelligence Committee and hacked into its network. The agency also withheld thousands of pages, citing “nearly every exemption under FOIA,” wrote reporter Jason Leopold.

But for the CIA, there was just one problem: Apparently Brennan’s draft letter was not meant to be released.

“After VICE News received the documents, the CIA contacted us and said Brennan’s draft letter had been released by mistake. The agency asked that we refrain from posting it,” Leopold reported. “We declined the CIA’s request.”

In the draft letter to Chambliss dated July 28, 2014, which was obtained by VICE News and published Wednesday, Brennan was writing 10 days after a memo from CIA Inspector General David Buckley, whose office reported that the agency employees who broke into the Senate network to see if the committee had any CIA documents it wasn’t supposed to have, may have broken federal laws.

Statement on Intel Committee’s CIA Detention, Interrogation Report

Mar 11 2014

Washington—Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) today spoke on the Senate floor regarding the committee’s study on the CIA Detention and Interrogation Program:

“Over the past week, there have been numerous press articles written about the Intelligence Committee’s oversight review of the Detention and Interrogation Program of the CIA, specifically press attention has focused on the CIA’s intrusion and search of the Senate Select Committee’s computers as well as the committee’s acquisition of a certain internal CIA document known as the Panetta Review.

I rise today to set the record straight and to provide a full accounting of the facts and history.

Let me say up front that I come to the Senate Floor reluctantly. Since January 15, 2014, when I was informed of the CIA’s search of this committee’s network, I have been trying to resolve this dispute in a discreet and respectful way. I have not commented in response to media requests for additional information on this matter. However, the increasing amount of inaccurate information circulating now cannot be allowed to stand unanswered.
