The 9th Circus was created when there were very few people in the Western states so covering that much land mass only made sense.
It’s time the outdated coverage of that circus is corrected; I vote for it to cover just CA and HI. Another one can cover OR and WA, and yet another one for ID, WY, NV, and AZ.
Time to catch up with the times...

The 9th circuit is a mad , hopping Kangaroo Court. They are all wannabe legislators.

President Trump is correct. The Ninth Circuit has to go, they are conspirators who are treasonous against the Constitution and the rule of law, their rulings unjustified by law, but allegedly justified by a sense of false moral superiority. That’s dead wrong.

Besides, Congress controls the courts via legislation. They just won’t do it.

Move to apply Term Limits and Recall for each and every level of politician and judge=even better!
I don’t see how rearranging the swamp changes anything significantly.
The people elected Trump for a few specific purposes. (Great matters, but few and specific.)
If he cannot deliver, that leaves tax rebellion or armed rebellion or surrender.
And I doubt the first two will be the choice of a people who hadn’t even the guts to tell pollsters who they’d be voting for.
This president is simply not doing anything positive that he promised.

We have people on FR that lambaste him for not doing anything he promised and claiming to do things that only Congress can approve. He is making progress and he continues to move Congress toward fulfilling the rest.
