President Trump said Wednesday that he has "absolutely" considered proposals that would split up the 9th Circuit, where judges have blocked two of his executive actions.
"Absolutely, I have," Trump said of considering 9th circuit breakup proposals during a far-ranging interview with the Washington Examiner at the White House on Wednesday. "There are many people that want to break up the 9th Circuit. It's outrageous."
"Everybody immediately runs to the 9th Circuit. And we have a big country. We have lots of other locations. But they immediately run to the 9th Circuit. Because they know that's like, semi-automatic," Trump said.

In addition to this action I would like to see someone sponsor bill called the 'Judicial Accountability ACT'. The bill would provide for the removal of any federal or appellate judge who has been overruled by a higher court more than 3 times.
Such judges have demonstrated a pattern that they lack the proper respect and understanding of their judicial responsibilities to make constitutionally sound rulings. They are simply bad judges and need to seek employment in another career field such as fast food or house cleaning.
Better yet split it up and spread the current members thinly among the three new circuits, and appoint conservative judges to the current vacant positions and all new positions created by the split.
Actually each circuits rulings should only apply to their circuit, while being appealed to the Supreme Court.

I'd like to see a law that says when they make their stupid and unfounded rulings the appeal is automatic and must be heard with 24 hours.
Then we can go right to a real court and get on with business.

The spineless RINOs in Congress will stop him. All of this judicial activism could be stopped overnight by Congress by simply defunding the court and then impeaching the judges. The balance of power has been overdue for correction going back to Roe V Wade where the left learned that unelected people in black robes can control our country without a vote.
When ANY and every Federal can issue binding, nationwide orders...why does it matter how the 9th Circuit is composed?
Brand an ‘R’ in the middle of the judges’ foreheads, put them in a Trump t-shirt with a ‘Hillary for Prison’ bumpersticker across their hineys and drop them on the Berkeley campus.
my answer to judicial activism is simple. congress should have impeachment hearings on some of these judges. even if impeaching the judge does not happen it would educate the public to what is going on with the judiciary. I would look for the most outrageous examples of judges not doing a ruling because of case law and the constitution but deciding the law on what they feel the law should be.
They’ll just declare checks and balances on the judiciary as unconstitutional and keep right on going,
I do not want anyone selecting these people anymore, nor do I want any federal judges.
We do not need unelected people with this much power for any reason.
