OK, I have no great desire to support Ivanka’s political views whatever they may be, however:
Let’s apply a little analysis and reason. The President did NOT call for ending all refugees from Syria. He called for a temporary pause, a reduction in the number and a new emphasis on helping the victims of religious persecution (Christians).
He also has called for making Syria safe so Syrians can remain there.
Ivanka’s statement is not inconsistent with his policy. She said we will admit some refugees but “that will not be enough” to solve the humanitarian crisis in Syria. She is absolutely correct.
I am confident that the Kushners would have enthusiastically supported Hillary if Ivanka’s father were not Donald J Trump.
He needs to appoint them as Ambassadors to someplace far away from the White House.
I don’t believe Donald Trump ever said we wouldn’t allow muzzies. He said they need to be properly vetted.
I don’t believe Ivanka actually said anything that contradicted that.
If up to me, I would ban muzzies from the USA. We don’t need their evil over here.
