The democrats are holding the republicans hostage threatening to filibuster the CR. And the republicans are caving.
If they want to filibuster and shut down the government because of a wall, I say let them do it. It will rally the republican base and make them look like fools. I don’t see the downside.
No wall, no vote, no majority for the Republicans. The only problem with that is the WANT to be the minority party.
