I ran yesterday but I can`t remember where I went.

Get out and do some good daily walking...and then add a little jogging.

I exercise every day, but I have been an idiot since birth...yet, due to daily movement, I am slowly getting smarter.

Well, at least you can remember that you can't remember where you went.

Couch potatoes can't even remember that they went.

Today I drove a John Deere for a couple hours then ran a chainsaw for about 2 hours. Also fed and watered the horses morning and evening.I start radiation/chemo for my cancer next week,I suspect that will slow me down a bit.

Exercise is awesome for the mind and body. Running, well, I loved it for a few years. Absolutely. But,..... The cartilage in my right knee is worn down enough for bone-on-bone contact so my running days are over.

I used to tell everyone that I would run until I couldn’t run any more. That time has come.

A local goat farmer was selling smart pills. Small round natural looking pills that he guaranteed were natural and organic. I bought some and tried them and the next time I saw him he asked me what I thought of his “smart pills”. I said I guess they were okay but they tasted like sh*t. He said “See, you’re already getting smarter”.

Yes, it will. Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Chemo sucks big time. The nausea medicine they prescribe is expensive and does not work (and they know it). I hope you have a good support team because it will be discouraging before it's over. Cancer kills but they can kill it right back. Good luck.

I gave up running for 25 years due to damaged feet. And then I discovered "natural running."

Check it out. Might help.

Cured all my running problems.

You need to get some of those blue pills.

But if it lasts longer than 4 hours...you'll need to get your girl friend to workout.

I think it’s very sweet that your cats all think you’re fragrant.

:-)

And don’t worry - many of my relatives have odors, too.

:-D

Similarly here Llevrok. Man was designed to walk. At &0 all my health numbers are good. Typically 5 to 7 miles per day — 18 to 20 minute miles. However, I do have the time to do it.

Living in Vermont, I don’t get much if any sun about ten months of the year. So I take Vitamin D3, in a small capsule. I took one 5K capsule a day, and it worked great. But now I’m taking two capsules a day, and it works even better. My daughter, who’s a nurse, takes 5 a day, on the recommendation of a crazy doctor she knows, and it seems to work well for her.

I guess I’ll find out. It’s one tumor in the colon,so It’s not going to be a huge dose of radiation and they plan on spreading the treatment out over 5 weeks. The chemo will be administered by a pump I will be wearing 24/7.I’m being treated by the James Cancer Clinic in Columbus,a very highly rated and successful hospital. The surgeon and radiation specialists tell me that they expect to cure me.
