How does this work exactly? Some circuit court judge can compel the federal government to pay money to certain jurisdictions, or what? Be held in contempt of a court order? Are they going to send a Baliff to collect personally?
These judges have no power to enforce their decisions. I believe obunghole on more than one occasion ignored similar rulings.
The best response would be to get congress to remove these judges immediately which can be done through various procedural motions. Impeachment not needed.
But Congress has seceded all power to the judiciary and executive. So Trump should ignore the ruling and throw the crises (if one can be manufactured by the left) into the legislative branch lap. These judges are completely past their constitutional bounds.
