French President Francois Hollande called on voters to back centrist Emmanuel Macron in the second round of the presidential election, warning of dangerous consequences if far-right candidate Marine Le Pen were to win.

Yep. It’s always going to be “a disaster”. They played that card here in the U.S. over and over to justify the complete consequence-free bailout of the banks.
But we are seeing after Brexit and Trump’s win that the shrieked warnings of the inevitable death of civilization have always been nothing more fear-mongering. We were pretty certain of that at the time of the bank bailouts, but now “prove that we wouldn’t have collapsed” is a busted rebuttal.
Close to 25% of those voting seemed to indicate that any of the others running were a bigger risk.
Macron is an EU stooge who was made wealthy for the sole purpose of representing EU interests in France. He’s a total empty suit.
As an outsider, its very clear the French ruling class, whether they claim to be right or left, are all collectivists and statists, are all corrupt personally and politically, all share a common political philosophy, and have a strong sense of their own importance, entitlement and arrogance. They truly are a "uniparty."

I was listening to Hugh Hewitt this morning driving in. He’s against LePen. He never claimed she was an anti semite or made anti semtic statements, its just that the party her Dad founded was once anti semitic and that stain still exists. I was incredulous, truly the sins of the Father are being visited on his daughter in Hewitts mind. Never mind that she kicked him out of the party!!

The primary danger to France is the Islamic invasion force there Which looks like it’s far far too advanced now to be repelled. Especially since the traitors in charge of the country are still importing more and more moslems when they should be repatriating / returning them home as fast as possible. France is doomed. Sold out. Doomed. Even Le Pen probably can’t save France anymore.
What a candidate, leave it to the French, who rolled over like a wet suit to Hitler, to turn to a guy who married a woman 24 years his senior, so they say to mask his homosexuality. Let’s hope Le Pen will prevail.

I can see the commercials now: “Hollande says vote for Macron! Obey Hollande!”
Yes, and the uniparty was soundly rejected in the election. Hopefully Hollande’s comments will only help her.
