Sean Hannity threatens legal action after Fox News guest claims he invited her back to his hotel and then cut her from his show after she rejected his advances

Debbie Schlussel said the prime time host invited her back to his hotel room and when she rejected his advances, she wasn't invited to perform on his show

In a tweet, she also said Hannity was angry when she 'briefly became redhead'

Hannity slammed the allegations and said Schluessel was 'attention-seeking' before threatening legal action against

Hours later, Schlussel said she never accused Hannity of sexual harassment and expressed her disbelief that her comments were viewed in that manner

In 2010, Schlussel accused Hannity of demanding $200k in flights and hotels when attending events for his charity, which was revealed to be completely false Fox News host Sean Hannity has been forced to deny he sexually harassed a former guest on his popular cable news program.

Debbie Schlussel said on Friday that the married anchor invited her back to his hotel in Detroit after the pair met up at a book signing, and that after she turned down the father-of-two's advances she was not invited back on his show.

Schlussel also said Hannity, whose show draws an average of more than two million viewers a night, got angry when she turned 'redhead' and claims the veteran broadcaster asked her 'creepy' questions about her pants size.

In an interview with Tulsa, Oklahoma-based radio host Pat Campbell, she said: 'This kind of stuff is all over the place at Fox News and anything that has to do with Sean Hannity.'

Then on Monday, Schlussel gave an interview expressing her disbelief over the coverage of the story, saying that she never accused Hannity of sexual harassment.

'I would never accuse him of that. Sexual harassment has a special meaning under the law, and I would never accuse him of that,' Schlussel said in an interview with LawNewz.

'I never thought I was sexually harassed by Sean Hannity, I thought he was weird and creepy not someone I liked.'

That about face came just hours after Hannity denied Schlussel's allegations and accused her of seeking attention in a statement to DailyMail.com before threatening legal action.

She’s done the damage; just sue her and stop threatening action. The damage is done.

Who is Debbie Schlussel?

Sue her, Sean! Let her pay a lawyer to make accusations.

Hannity has hired Jay Seculow and other lawyers to sue all involved in recently uncovered illegal government surveillance of him.
His lead attorney fights like a pitbull on the leg of a criminal.
Discovery in the case should be interesting.

I believe she's withdrawn her quest to damage Hannity.

But the damage is done....and I hope he collects a bundle.

Hannity should sue until she retracts her entire statement unequivocally, apologizes and pays him some money.

The only damage was done to her face at birth.

Hannity could do a thousand times better with his dough.

I know he’s talked about that. (hiring Jay) AFAIK it’s was just kind of gassing in the wind.

Are you saying he’s written a retainer check?

"So, she’s suing because she was never invited back on his Show???"

I have not heard that she's suing anyone and her comments clearly indicate she's not suing Hannity.

Perhaps Hannity has finally realized that trying to be friends with crazy people is pointless.
Crazy is as crazy does.

Sue her dumb a** for slander and considering she is trying to end your professional future...make it 300M

What damage?

Telling lies is not “damage” no matter how the MSM tries to spin it as such.

Ah. It appears Ye Olde Fake News UK added the word "room" to what Schlussel said.

Also from the article,

Schlussel previously attacked Hannity in a scathing 2010 blog post in which she claimed that the host's charity of choice, Freedom Alliance, was running a scam in collecting donations to help fund the college tuition of children of fallen soldiers.

She said that almost none of the money collected at concerts held across the country went to the charity and that Hannity's demands to appear at each event cost over $200,000 with the Fox News personality being flown in to each city on a Gulfstream 5.

The charity said that not only did Hannity pay for his own flights, cars and hotel rooms at every event he attended, but he also was one of their biggest individual donors as he gave his money and his time.

'Sean Hannity has contributed $100,000 to the Wounded Warriors Foundation, over $200,000 to the Freedom Alliance, and over tens of thousands of dollars to other military charities and individuals,' said the charity in a statement. 'We only make this information public because of the outrageous slander against him.'

Schlussel refused to publish the charity's statement, but did update her post after its release to write: 'Just as I expected, the liars and frauds at Freedom Alliance want to keep the gravy train going for them and their cronies. So they’ve issued a “response,” which doesn’t refute a single fact in here and frankly provides no hard evidence of anything . . . because they don’t have any.'

So Schlussel accuses Freedom Alliance of not providing evidence when she doesn't either.

Her "source" is a "Conservative writer". Wow. It doesn't get more concrete than that.

Hannity is doing the right thing...he’s laying down a marker to all those liars that he is going to sue anyone who slanders him.

“In this fiercely divided and vindictive political climate I will no longer allow slander and lies about me to go unchallenged, as I see a coordinated effort afoot to now silence those with conservative views,” he said.

“I will fight every single lie about me by all legal means available to me as an American.”

This is the way to approach it. Drag them into court. Get them under oath and make them spend big $$$ on lawyers.

They've taken O'Reilly down already.

The story when that happened was that Hannity was next.
