The Demorats use this because it works....the target is to take out Fox news of all it’s conservative hosts....and I believe James and his brother and their wives are as much a part of doing this as the Demorats.....
Globalist Elites are in full attack mode on anyone and any source that “feeds” the public anything that is not in line with their agenda.
I bet that his lawyers won't charge him their usual fees, or perhaps even any fee, but the B*TCH is going to owe him everything she has!

They can take Fox News down as far as they want. The Murdoch boys are just shooting themselves in the feet by doing so. Many of us stopped watching it a long time ago anyway. As for Hannity’s radio show, it’s owned by a completely different company, so even if the Murdoch’s try and wear him down at Fox, it won’t affect his radio show.
You’d be surprised, I would guess, how legal matters can wear and tear people down. It’s going to depend on who finances her attorneys....I suspect some heavy hitters are backing her or she would not have brought this forward. It will also depend on how much heat the owners at Fox want to contend with.....
Either or this is not going to play out well for any because now the news is full of news pundits and not about news.

Schlussel’s had it in for Hannity for quite a while, I recall years ago her complaining in Michelle Malkin’s blog comments that he was “stealing” her stories. I think MM was a little tired of DS whinings in her comment section.
