I understood the it was Constantine who named the area Palestine in order to intentionally aggravate the Jews, seeing as it resembled the name Philistines. Being a new convert to Christianity, he (erroneously) considered the Jews enemies. Is it not actually the land of Judah?
Yes, and Arafat himself was Egyptian. Before Arabs living in what was then called Palestine started moving in, however, the name “Palestinian” was attributed mostly to Jews living there.
