Proposal:
Any time troops are put in harm’s way 1/3 of the Senate and the House and their 3 top advisors are deployed with the troops on a rotating basis (30-60 days) until the war is won.
Let them see what the consequences of the actions (or lack thereof) are.
That the little lord Little Lord Fauntleroys get their perfumed buts on the battlefield would be the ideal rule to change ‘the game’. Of course, the last word given should come from the men and women who have suffered the most from these butheads who interfered and made a hard job even more difficult for so many years.
