Are you anywhere near 395? I went that way on our relocation scouting trip. I had no idea Washington and Oregon had desert areas. I was very disappointed that I didn’t take the five! The scenery plus the many stops and slowdowns.
Yes 395 goes right through here from Oregon towards Spokane, WA. You cross the Columbia River twice. Once as you cross from Oregon and then again as you cross from Kennewick, WA over the bridge to Pasco, WA.
