The statement said the administration is “engaging responsible members of the international community” – a veiled reference to China – to increase pressure on North Korea to de-escalate and return to the “path of dialogue.”

Sheer terror... rightfully so... followed by euphoria... rightfully so.

Does not compute... also appropriately applied.

My first jump was scary... my second jump was terrifying...

Then- I was drawn to a third jump, and a fourth jump, and a fifth jump... etc.

Captivated by the incongruency between newbies terrified when jumping, and by experienced jumpers expressing exhiliration and some kind of content or satisfication that escapes a rookie/newbie.
