It’s a hole in the ground. It fills with water when it rains in from the natural spring. They have a lot of those here, I don’t know if they were man-made or natural. Cows drink out of them, except we don’t have any

"Are you anywhere near 395?"Yes 395 goes right through here from Oregon towards Spokane, WA. You cross the Columbia River twice. Once as you cross from Oregon and then again as you cross from Kennewick, WA over the bridge to Pasco, WA.

Is it contained or flowing so the fish could escape?

Sheer terror... rightfully so... followed by euphoria... rightfully so.
Does not compute... also appropriately applied.
My first jump was scary... my second jump was terrifying...
Then- I was drawn to a third jump, and a fourth jump, and a fifth jump... etc.
Captivated by the incongruency between newbies terrified when jumping, and by experienced jumpers expressing exhiliration and some kind of content or satisfication that escapes a rookie/newbie.

It’s contained. It’s fed from underground but doesn’t go anywhere. But not protected from birds or other predators.
I’m listening to the frogs now- they sound so neat. Relaxing, once I figured out what they were. I don’t feed the frogs. What would the fish eat?

For me, it would be landing safely on the ground;)

You’re probably right...being the resident floral/plant expert. I say they’re LILAC wisteria, if so :)

I just planted two of these plants today.
They can get this big or more apparently. Peabody would know.

Those are beautiful. I will have to look into getting one or two.
I just listened to the clip Breitbart has up - the one of Morning Joe being rude to Mika. Yowser. I thought those two were buds....he was quite nasty to her on the air.

One Plant covers my 6x 12 foot pergola. It’s about a foot thick across the top. Very few blooms as it serves as a shade provider

There’s a number of relief angles... primarily realizing one has cheated death. I kid you not-

Yes, and I have them in full sun. They aren't in the spot I took the picture because I have a serious root problem on the one side of my house. I built a wall of concrete blocks and then put three bags of top soil inside the blocks. I had to do this because digging in the area I put them is impossible. There were four huge Hemlock trees in the side yard for several years and the roots are everywhere and impossible for me to dig very deeply.
