The other part is the science community has prostituted themselves. Their need for money and funding has compromised a community that once had integrity.
On one hand, I’d rather support scientist than welfare recipients. On the other hand, the sense of entitlement is off-putting.
And, no doubt, many of them specialize in science that is politically correct. On one side of their mouth, they will talk about scientific facts. On the other side, they will talk about multiple (e.g., more than 2) genders.
