Russia’s security services have detained Akram Azimov, the elder brother of the suspected St. Petersburg Metro bombing organizer, saying he transferred money that helped fund the terrorist attack that killed 14 people.
Instead of walking around money, he carries a grenade.
Wonder if he was about to use it on the bus or just always leaves the house with it.
The Russians have been dealing with this for hundreds of years.

The Russian FSB and KGB use/used terror tactics themselves. In fact, a judge a few months ago ruled the FSB were responsible for the poisoning death of a former KGB colleague of Putin's who had spilled the beans on the government for their alleged staging of terror attacks in Russia. And don't confuse this with any loony-left 911 conspiracy theories. The Russians are quite capable of such despicable deeds.
