Not that I’m a fan of Kennedy, but I’d rather see Ginsburg and/or Breyer leave.
Time to undo this awful legacy of the Bork character assassination. Let’s do what Reagan should have done and put a real conservative in that seat.

IIRC Kennedy and RBG have both cited international law as proper to consult in interpreting the US Constitution. Good riddance.
If Kennedy or one of the hard-code libs can be replaced with a conservative, we might have a shot at saving the Second Amendment, which is being systematically destroyed in the blue states because SCOTUS won’t defend even the most basic parts of Heller.

When/if Trump nominates a very right-leaning person to fill any SCOTUS voids, I hope the Dems remember what they pulled with Gorsuch. If they expect any consideration from Trump after that, they’re nuts.
